Our courses are designed and developed to ensure they are current, relevant, efficient and effective. We do this through the use of technology-enhanced learning approaches, such as responsive technology, animations, games, interactive elements and much more to make a learning experience with us, like no other. We also evaluate the most appropriate learning methods and styles into our courses to ensure learner engagement and learning outcomes are achieved. When you have completed payment for a course, access will be granted automatically and you will see all courses and their process under ‘My Account’. We do accept other payment methods, such as purchase order, which require payment to be clear prior to course access. Learners will receive an AMLA Certificate of Completion in the relevant course/s or pathway in which they undertake. Your certificate will appear automatically when you complete your course and can be re-printed by accessing ‘My Account’. A hardcopy professional certificate can be printed and mailed to you at an additional cost, which is available upon selection when purchasing the course, or at any time following the course completion by contacting AMLA at info@amlearningacademy.com. Courses which require evidence to be submitted and marked, will be issued following successful completion. 

Our courses are offered as online, virtual or face to face. The course method is indicated on the course information page. Where a course is online, that indicates you have access 24/7 to complete at your own pace, up to the maximum term of the course access, which is stipulated on the course information page and in our terms and conditions at the time of purchase. Some courses recommend undertaking workplace based activities or practical activities in order to achieve learning outcomes. These recommendations will be highlighted on the course information page. 

We’re here on the journey with you and can be reached through our online chat, by discussing with your peers or course coordinators in the course forums or via requesting virtual mentor or coach sessions. Coach/Mentor sessions are available and can be booked and purchased by contacting info@amlearningacademy.com.

Inspired by a competency-based assessment method, evaluating your ability to interpret and process the information provided in the course. AMLA integrates interactive learning methods throughout the material to support your learning journey. End of course Assessments can be comprised of short answer questions, multiple-choice, case study scenarios and reflective tasks. There are no examinations or due dates for assessment, however, courses are only accessible for 12 months from enrolment.

Our e-learning modules run in a web browser and should work across most platforms as our courses are responsive. It is recommended to have a PDF viewer, Internet Browser, Internet connection (i.e. broadband), 2 monitors (ideal but not essential) and speakers/headphones.
